Select the Right Size: The three most common sizes (in diameter) are 1.50”, 1.75”, or 2.00”. Select the Type of Metal: Choose from seven different coin metals: antique silver, antique gold, antique brass, antique copper, nickel-plated, shiny gold and silver.
Decide on Special Options: Kennedy Challenge Coins allows you to truly customize your coin to make it one of a kind. Choose your own color, finish, epoxy coating, sequential numbering, sandblasting and cutouts to make your coin stand out.
Send Artwork: Email a file with your custom design to info@kennedyinsignia.com . PowerPoint, JPEG, CorelDraw or Adobe formats are all acceptable. You can also fax your file to 800-459-0800 if that’s more convenient.
Design Approval: We will use your file to create a final design of the coin. Once you receive the final design from Kennedy Challenge Coins, we will need your approval to begin the tooling and manufacture your custom coin. Orders cannot proceed with direct approval. We take great pride in our service and commitment to you, so please look over your final design very carefully in case we missed something.
Now your part is done and all you have to do is wait for your custom coins to arrive. Once the order is placed, it will take approximately four to six weeks for your coins to arrive. They will have been carefully package for safe arrival, so you can start enjoying your 100% USA manufactured coins as soon as you open the box.

Choosing the right size for your custom challenge coin depends in large part on how you plan to use it. Our standard sized coins are 1.5”, 1.75” and 2” diameter and are ideal if you want to be able to carry them around as easily as possible.
